Today’s beef market is more competitive than it ever has been. Brazil, Argentina, and Australia, are among those nations around
the globe who are becoming increasingly competitive with the United States when it comes to the beef markets. Though the U.S. is
still known for its ability to produce quality feeder cattle, producers need to remain alert to change that may be in store for the
cattle industry. Few other nations have the capability to feed cattle in the same way the U.S. can, with its corn-belt and other
advantages. This offers quality as a likely target.
Here at HLCC, it is our belief that quality is where the future
